The packaging pain point of electric standing desk is the weight and volume is relatively large, currently we provide four kinds of electric lift table packaging solutions for customers to choose.
All-in-one packaging is to pack the electric standing desk frame and the desk-top together, with the sit stand desk frame on the bottom and the desk-top on the top. The one-piece packaging is not ideal for the number of containers loaded in a 20-foot container.
This kind of packaging is characterized by the brand LOGO and design printed on the big package, which looks more high-end and convenient for end users to pick up and install. Its disadvantage is that the size of the package is too long, such as 1200mm*600mm desk-top after the box, the length of the integrated package is around 1250mm, excess costs will be incurred in logistics and transportation. This solution is more suitable for brand owners, which can be delivered by local trucks or sold in showrooms and picked up by customers in stores.
The folding packaging method is to divide the desk-top into two or three pieces, for example, 1200 * 600mm panel will be split into two pieces of size 1200 * 300 panel or two pieces 1 600 * 600 or one 1200 * 300 and two 600 * 300 panels, this packaging method can improve the container packing rate. Currently very popular with e-commerce sellers, reducing their express shipping costs when shipping.
This kind of packaging is to separate the frame and desk-top from separate packaging. Some customers who prefer this kind of packaging are doing showroom sales, some are doing office engineering sales and installation projects, and some are interior decoration teams, who do custom styles according to customer options.
Only the electric standing desk frame no desk-top packaging. Some of our customers purchase a large number of frames, not including panels, so this type is used only the frame packaging, the quantity is around 570 pieces for 20-foot container.
This type of customer may have their own local solid wood factory or cooperate with desk-top partner, and some are customizing different desk tops and screens etc. to meet the unique style of the customer’s requirements.
